Louisa Aldridge

My work as an SLE has contributed to improved science attainment at GCSE over a three year period (prior to Covid-19).  I am responsible for co-ordinating the CLF Science network where my aim is to improve standards of teaching and learning through co-ordinating professional development of science staff, across the teacher network within academies and for individuals.  More recently my work has involved standardising assessments and assisting assessment decisions, in the absence of exams during Covid-19.
