NPQ for Senior Leadership

National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership

A qualification that provides national recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement as a senior leader.

The National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) is aimed at senior leaders, including experienced middle leaders, deputy heads, SENCOs and other senior staff looking for further professional development at this stage in their career. This programme is a good stepping stone towards NPQH for those aspiring to headship.

We have 10 years’ experience in the delivery of NPQSL and have an outstanding success rate with 98% of submissions to final assessment awarded the qualification. We now work with the Five Counties Teaching School Hubs Alliance to recruit widely, from mainstream schools and academies at all phases, as well as from special schools, alternative provisions and from the independent sector.
